Description -

 What a College Intern - Electrical/Electronics does at HP:

  • You will be assigned to a mentor and tasked to develop a project focused on improving Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting and test efficiency in manufacturing. Examples include test automation tools, scripts, dashboards, or troubleshooting aids.
  • Gain exposure and experience in hardware testing and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop effective solutions to support automated processes.

 Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering undergraduate or relevant education background.
  • Available for a 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in January 2027.
  • Working knowledge of programming, such as Arduino, Python, Visual Basic, GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently with self-motivation, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of core electronic principles.
  • Demonstrated interest or proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
    • Electronics Circuit & System Design
    • PCB design and Fabrication of Test board.
    • Test automation development using scripting languages such as Python or Visual Basic.
    • Experience in using AI-assisted tools for engineering problem analysis.
