Supply Chain Program Manager (Factory Services)

Description -

Responsibilities

  • Lead the supply chain capabilities program management of workstream across multiple teams (factories, Production infrastructure, Services customization, engineering etc.) aligned to HP's core factory services strategy goals.
  • Lead Life Cycle Management improvement programs for Factory Services managing overall program to develop strategies, goals, oversee operations, maximize efficiencies on operational shipments.
  • Develop program plans, milestones, governance structures, budget proposals and success metrics.
  • Coordinate & manage communications with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, establish objectives and report progress.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation to meet project objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to senior management.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • First level university degree in Engineering related or Computer courses. Any skills on data management like Power BI are preferred.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, electronic products manufacturing, program management related fields.
  • Knowledge of high volume & complex PC manufacturing processes, work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.
  • Highly effective communication in both written and oral in English in addition to Mandarin. Knowledge of Japanese would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate maturity & proven ability to work independently to achieve desired outcomes with minimal guidance in meeting business goals.
  • Experience in influencing and managing external partners with self-driven abilities in meeting KPIs.
  • Capable of presenting or escalating issues effectively to high-level regional management as needed.
  • Understands concept of Root cause analysis and prevention & adhere to its practice proficiently.
  • Ability to work cross functionally, geographies & time zones to build consensus at across teams where lines of responsibilities may not be direct, both inside and outside HP.
