A store’s success starts with our people

As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in bringing the store experience to life, supporting the Store Manager while taking ownership of your own areas of responsibility. From product placement and replenishment to organizing deliveries and preparing the store for key trading moments, you ensure the store runs efficiently and always meets brand standards.

You are closely involved in team coordination and development. You support scheduling based on business needs, contribute to recruitment processes, and work alongside HR and the Store Manager to ensure strong onboarding, training, and continuous development. Through your presence on the shop floor, you guide the team, set expectations, and help build a culture based on trust, collaboration, and accountability.

You also play an important role in maintaining store operations and standards, ensuring visual guidelines are followed, handling customer queries with confidence, and supporting procedures related to security, Health & Safety, and sustainability.
