MAKE IT YOURS!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS A
PAYROLL SPECIALIST (m/f/d)

In Full-Time for our INDITEX Office in Hamburg

As a Payroll Specialist, you will independently manage a defined employee group throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from joining to leaving the company. You will ensure professional HR administration in compliance with employment law and collective bargaining agreements. Working closely with our HR Business Partners and HR Legal team, you will be the main point of contact for employees and managers on all payroll-related matters.

You will manage payroll for your area of responsibility and independently handle correspondence with public authorities, health insurance providers and social security institutions. You work in a structured and responsible manner and are committed to maintaining high quality standards.

You have at least one year of professional experience in payroll and HR administration, as well as a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. You have excellent knowledge of social security, payroll and collective bargaining law. Ideally, you are familiar with ADP/Paisy. You are confident using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and have experience with centralised employee master data systems.

You are able to identify potential issues early and find practical solutions under time pressure. You are a strong communicator and team player with a clear service mindset. Good English skills complete your profile.

With us, you will find the space and the team to grow – following your own vision. Learning is part of everyday life. Mistakes are part of the process, and your contribution counts.
