For our store in Košice, we are looking for a colleague to join us as Deputy Manager at Pull&Bear.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and managing store processes
Taking responsibility for achieving budgetary and business targets
Long-term planning and achievement of sales targets
Identifying staffing needs, as well as recruiting and developing employees
Motivating your team to ensure a positive and enjoyable working environment
Ensuring that all operational requirements are met
Acting as a positive role model in customer service and in applying our company philosophy
Maintaining product presentation and store aesthetics in line with our standards
Supporting and deputizing for the Store Manager in all aspects of store and team management
The position may also include other activities related to the responsibilities described above.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in a management position (Deputy Manager / Store Manager)
Strong affinity with and knowledge of relevant KPIs and metrics
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Analytical and commercial mindset
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Passion for fashion and the latest trends
Positive attitude, strong communication skills and a high level of commitment
Very good command of Slovak and English

Salary Conditions (Gross):
From EUR 1,977/month + potential monthly bonuses based on achieved sales.
