You manage the product and its presentation in line with the brand’s DNA and the needs of the local customer. We are looking for someone with experience in team management, ideally within large-scale retail/fashion stores, who can combine the perspectives of customers, teams, and sales performance in everyday decisions. The ability to work in a dynamic environment, analytical thinking, and confidence in making decisions at a fast pace are important to us. We are looking for a leader who inspires others, takes ownership of their actions, and builds authentic relationships with both customers and teams. Fluency in both Polish and English will also be essential.
