WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS AN
HR MANAGER (m/f/d)

For our INDITEX Brands in Germany.

You are the main point of contact for our stores on all HR and employment law matters, supporting them in their day-to-day people management. You guide them through recruitment and onboarding, workforce and holiday planning, and the motivation and development of their teams. You also plan and monitor working-hour budgets and other HR KPIs.
You prepare employee hires, promotions and transfers, and support their implementation. You also advise on employment law matters in close coordination with the relevant contacts.

You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training with a focus on HR and bring experience in both operational and strategic HR work, as well as several years of leadership experience in retail. You are passionate about HR, enjoy working with people and bring empathy, a positive attitude and a strong hands-on approach to your work.
You work in a structured and independent way, are highly organised and communicate confidently. You enjoy working as part of a team and can keep a clear overview in a fast-paced environment.

You are willing to travel regularly to support the stores on site.
Good German and English skills complete your profile.
