As a Sales Processes Leader, you are responsible for the operational functioning of the entire store, with a particular focus on the stockroom, where most of your daily responsibilities are concentrated. You manage product flow, coordinate sales and stockroom processes, and ensure their continuous improvement. You work closely with the Sales Processes Manager, supporting the achievement of targets, analyzing KPIs, and implementing solutions that increase the operational efficiency of the entire store.

Together with the entire store team, you are responsible for product availability, process organization, and high operational standards. Through effective process management, you support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to a positive customer experience. At the same time, you plan the work of the operations team, develop employees’ skills, support their onboarding, and build engagement and high working standards through regular feedback.

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage complex processes within a store, organize team workflows, and make decisions based on data analysis. A broad perspective on store operations, the ability to optimize processes, and effective collaboration with different teams are important.
