Manager/Managerka Doświadczenia Klienta

Poland , WROCLAW, LOWER SILESIA
Salary: $8,100 – $10,350 Annually
Full-time
Zara sets the pace in the world of fashion, combining trends, technology and a fast-moving approach to product management. It’s a place where collections change quickly and working with products in a specific department-womenswear, menswear or kidswear-calls for attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to customer needs. Energy, agility and the ability to turn data into immediate action all matter here.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for improving service quality and building a customer-focused culture. You’ll support the team in applying our standards every day and monitor customer experience indicators. You’ll analyse data, including survey results, checkout queues, conversion rates and average basket value, then turn your findings into practical actions.

Together with the team, you’ll improve the shopping experience across every area of the store. You’ll manage and develop Sales Assistants, train them in customer service, sales and building customer loyalty, and support their growth. You’ll hold development conversations, help people discover their strengths, and take part in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

You’ll also make sure the team has strong product knowledge-from collections, trends and fits to creating outfits. You’ll work with the product team, analyse customer traffic and plan actions that respond to both customer and business needs. You’ll help organise the sales floor, ensure each area is adequately staffed and keep the shopping experience running smoothly. You’ll also look for ways to improve both customer service and how the team works.

We’re looking for someone with team management experience, ideally in retail or fashion, who puts the customer at the centre of their work and knows how to take care of every part of the in-store experience. You should be comfortable analysing data and working with performance indicators, and turning insights into practical solutions. We value the ability to develop and inspire a team, take initiative, stay organised and adapt to change. Fluent communication in Polish and English is also important.

If you’d like to develop people, help them create outstanding shopping experiences and turn customer needs into action, join us.

We offer a competitive salary of PLN 8,100-10,350 gross per month, along with genuine opportunities to grow within the Inditex organisation. You’ll have the space to take action, learn and grow with your team, while shaping your own approach to the role.

This could be the beginning of your story with us.
