As a Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for the operational performance of the entire store. You take a holistic view of the business, ensuring the smooth execution of processes across both the sales floor and the stockroom. You oversee product flow, coordinate sales and stockroom operations, and continuously improve the way the store works. You analyze KPIs, implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and support omnichannel processes using tools that enable the day-to-day running of the store.

Working closely with Commercial Managers, Store Managers, and the wider store team, you are responsible for product availability, well-organized operations, and consistently high operational standards. Through effective process management, you support the achievement of sales goals while contributing to an outstanding customer experience. At the same time, you lead the operations team by planning workloads, developing colleagues' capabilities, supporting their onboarding, and fostering engagement and high performance through regular feedback.

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage complex store operations, organize team priorities, and make decisions based on data and performance insights. A broad understanding of how the store operates, the ability to optimize processes, and strong collaboration across teams are essential.
