Your role is to collaborate with the Deputy Store Manager and give direction to what matters – the customer experience, the team, the product, and the processes. While ensuring the achievement of sales targets, you do not lose sight of what is most important: people. Every day is different. Every decision matters.

You are at the center of events – you analyze results, react in real time, and strengthen what works best, while also thinking about the future. You manage the product and its presentation in line with the brand’s DNA and the needs of the local customer. Your decisions are based on data, but your intuition is equally important. You support the development of a diverse team by staying close – you listen, give feedback, inspire, and challenge.

Management here is more than just operations. It is also responsibility for results, customer experience, store image, and the atmosphere within the team. And it shows – in the energy of the place, in the results, and in the relationships we build every day.

We are looking for a person with experience in team management, preferably in retail/fashion, who is able to combine the perspectives of the customer, the team, and sales results in daily activities. A passion for fashion and working with people is important to us, as well as authenticity in building relationships with customers and the team. We value the ability to think analytically, work with indicators, and translate insights into concrete actions. Fluency in Polish and English will also be important.
