As a Store Manager, you will lead your team with confidence and composure, creating an environment where both customers and colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and inspired. You will be responsible for maintaining high store standards, ensuring excellent product presentation, and building a stable and engaged team. You will set the tone for customer service — warm, calm, and attentive — while fostering a work culture based on collaboration, clear communication, and attention to detail. You will also make decisions based on sales and operational performance, supporting the overall efficiency of the store.

We are looking for someone with experience in team management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry, who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We value strong communication skills, curiosity, and an interest in products, materials, and customer needs, as well as an appreciation for aesthetics and a passion for interiors, fashion, art, colors, and textures. Confidence in using technology and openness to continuous learning are very important to us. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their decisions and can work independently. Fluency in both Polish and English is also essential.
