As a Sales Assistant at ZARA, your role goes beyond simply serving customers. You are expected to care for both the product and the space, and to support customers as well as your teammates. Position:
Sales Assistant

Specific responsibilities:
Deliver a great customer experience / Floor management /Inventory management / Organizing and preparing merchandise (applying labels, changing hangers, stocking), etc. Thanks to the RFID system, even those without prior experience can smoothly check inventory status and assist customers.

Contract Type:
Full Time (Permanent or Contract)
Part Time (2 days ~ / week)

Terms and Conditions for Part Time Employees:
・TPT period is between your Hire Date to the end of the following month.
・Your working hours during TPT is less than 20 hours a week.
・After the expiration of TPT, your employment contract will not be extended nor updated.
・In case of continuation of your employment, we will offer you a new contract based on the employment condition.

Requirements:
・High School Diploma or Equivalent
・Japanese Phone Number, Bank Account and Individual Number
・Japanese: Business Level or Higher
*You will need Japanese language level high enough to communicate with the customers.
*For full time positions, both Japanese & English skills high enough to communicate with the customers are required.

Work Location:
Hokkaido, Miyagi, Niigata, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Kanagawa, Tokyo, Chiba, Shizuoka, Ishikawa, Aichi, Gifu, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Okayama, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Okinawa

Working Hours:
Working in shifts / 7:00 - 23:00

Salary:
Permanent: ￥265,0000~/ month 2 months of bonus / year
Contract: ￥255,0000 / month
*Commission depends on the monthly sales result of the store
Part-time: Tokyo/Kanagawa/Chiba/Saitama/Ibaraki/Osaka/Aichi ￥1,500 / hour
Others ￥1,400/ hour

Visa Requirement:

*You are required to have 6 months or longer left until your visa (Residence Card) expires.
