ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (m/f/d)

For our NEW OPENING LEFTIES Store in Düsseldorf in Full-Time | permanent contract

This is where leadership meets day-to-day execution. As Deputy Manager, you work alongside the Store Manager to ensure all areas of the store work together and the team has clear direction, even in a fast-moving environment.

In this role, you take responsibility for the store and step in for the Store Manager during your shift. You lead the management and sales teams, analyse product and business performance and turn your insights into actions that improve sales, product presentation and operational efficiency.

You make sure stock management, deliveries, omnichannel processes, cash management and other store processes run smoothly. At the same time, you keep an eye on resources and team organisation, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
People development is a key part of your role. You support training, develop potential and help the team take ownership and grow within the company.
