For our NEW OPENING LEFTIES Store in Düsseldorf in Full-Time | permanent contract

You turn product, team and space into real results. As Department Manager, you take ownership of your area and make sure product, commerciality and people work together seamlessly.

You have a strong feel for fashion and trends, think commercially and can read the numbers just as well as the shop floor. You quickly spot opportunities, set clear priorities and make decisions that drive sales. Even in a dynamic store environment, you stay on top of what matters and know what needs to happen next.

Your team matters just as much. You give direction, motivate, organise and develop people. To do that, you bring strong communication, initiative and the ability to take ownership while bringing others with you.

Together with your team, you optimise processes, product presentation and the performance of your area. Your department is your business - and you lead it with commercial awareness, energy, strong organisation and a passion for fashion.
