STORE MANAGER (m/f/d)

For our NEW OPENING LEFTIES Store in Düsseldorf in Full-Time | permanent contract

This is where Product, Operations and People come together. As Store Manager, you keep the bigger picture in view and make sure strategy, teamwork and strong processes come together to create a store that achieves its goals while delivering a compelling experience for both customers and employees.

In this role, you lead the management and sales teams, analyse store performance and turn insights into concrete actions. You drive the commercial direction, ensure strong product presentation and make sure product flow, stock management, omnichannel processes and day-to-day operations run efficiently.

This role is not only about results, but above all about people. You develop your management team, identify potential, support career development and ensure resources and scheduling match the dynamics of the store. At the same time, you create an environment where standards, safety and continuous development are part of everyday work.

We are looking for people who combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, make data-informed decisions and actively drive change. People who understand fashion and product, inspire teams and keep both the customer and business results in focus.
