For our PULL&BEAR store in Bratislava, we are looking for a colleague to join us as a RESPONSIBLE.

Key responsibilities

Managing and organizing employees, daily tasks, and processes
Training and motivating employees
Maintaining knowledge of the products and collections in the store
Providing excellent customer service
Supporting the management team

Skills and knowledge

Ability to work under pressure
Interest in fashion and the latest trends
Flexibility
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a high level of commitment
Customer-oriented approach and ability to work in a team
Good command of Slovak and English
Experience in fashion retail
Eligibility to work in the Slovak Republic

Salary conditions (gross):
