MAKE IT YOURS!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS A
(SENIOR) RECRUITING SPECIALIST (m/f/d)
For our People & Culture team in the INDITEX office in Hamburg
You bring the right people together with the right stores and make recruitment come to life.
You are responsible for the entire recruitment process in your area, from writing job adverts and reaching out to candidates to conducting interviews, making successful hires and supporting new colleagues through onboarding.
You understand the challenges at your locations, visit them regularly and work closely with Store, Area and HR teams.
You actively connect with talent through LinkedIn, Indeed and local networks, building sustainable talent pools along the way.
You also develop new ideas for recruitment and employer branding, plan local initiatives and find tailored solutions to successfully fill challenging roles and vacancies at hard-to-recruit locations.
You’ll see the impact of your work in successful hires, stronger stores and new ways of attracting talent to our company.
You have recruitment experience, ideally in retail or a fast-paced service environment.
Conducting interviews, active sourcing and using common recruitment tools and platforms are part of your day-to-day work.
You work independently, in a structured way and with a solution-focused mindset. Even when application volumes are high or priorities change at short notice, you keep a clear overview and know how to focus on what matters most.
You enjoy connecting with people, communicate with confidence and are keen to put new ideas into action.
You are also willing to travel regularly to the locations in your area and shape recruitment where it happens: on site.
Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
With us, you will find the space and the team to grow – following your own vision. Learning is part of everyday life. Mistakes are part of the process, and your contribution counts.
This is the beginning of your story with us.
