For our NEW OPENING LEFTIES Store in Düsseldorf in Full-Time | permanent contract
A big part of what customers experience on the shop floor starts here. As Stockroom Manager, you make sure product is available in the right place at the right time and that product flows are efficient, structured and reliable.
In this role, you lead the stockroom team and organise all processes around deliveries, replenishment and stock movements. You plan resources in advance, coordinate incoming deliveries and ensure new products and replenishment are processed quickly and efficiently.
You understand the capacity of your stockroom just as well as the needs of the shop floor. Through analysis, daily product scans and close communication with the store team, you identify stock-outs, excess stock and opportunities for improvement early and develop the right solutions.
The organisation of the stockroom itself is also part of your responsibility. You continuously improve zoning and processes, optimise the use of space and create a clear structure that enables the team to work quickly and efficiently.
At the same time, you lead and develop your team, support new employees and help people with potential progress in their development.
This role is more than logistics. It connects product availability, operational excellence and a shop floor that is always ready for our customers.
