MAKE IT YOURS!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS A
STORE MANAGER (m/f/d)

For our Stradivarius Store in Hannover in Full-Time | permanent contract

You turn a store into a place that inspires, radiates energy, and delights people – every single day.
As Store Manager, you are the heartbeat of the store.
You lead your leadership team with clarity and inspiration. You set priorities, drive sales and productivity, and ensure every collection is visible and comes to life on the floor. You know that a successful store thrives where people are motivated, challenged, and empowered.
You read numbers, customers, and trends – and act quickly, decisively, and effectively.
Through your decisions, you strengthen your team, drive the store forward, and make Stradivarius more tangible and engaging.
With your vision, the store becomes a place where fashion comes alive – and excitement is felt by everyone who walks through the door.

With us, you will find the space and the team to grow – following your own vision. Learning is part of everyday life. Mistakes are part of the process, and your contribution counts.

This is the beginning of your story with us.
