The Visual Commercial / Visual Merchandiser is an integral part of our brands’ image. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with plenty of motivation and a passion for visual presentation!

Key Responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for the store’s merchandising in line with company guidelines
Implementing creative and visual concepts within the store
Using décor and mannequins effectively to create the desired visual presentation of the store
Keeping up with current fashion trends and providing feedback on store activities and developments
Regularly analysing data and taking appropriate action based on the findings
Planning the store’s commercial and visual activities on a daily, weekly and seasonal basis
Working closely with the operations team to ensure the correct implementation of RFID procedures
Monitoring stock levels in the store and communicating product needs to managers
Participating in the training and development of colleagues
Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring action plans are followed
The role may also include other activities related to the responsibilities described above.

Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in fashion retail
Very good command of Czech and English
Strong visual and creative thinking skills
Ability to work with numbers and analyse data
Passion for fashion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example, motivate and develop a team
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to identify problems and proactively seek solutions
