We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Expert to join our Oysho store at Nivy Shopping Centre.

Main responsibilities:

- Taking responsibility for store merchandising in line with company guidelines
- Implementing creative and visual ideas within the store
- Making effective use of decorations and mannequins to create an attractive visual appearance
- Keeping up with current fashion trends and providing feedback on what is happening in the store
- Regularly analyzing data and responding appropriately to the results
- Planning the store’s commercial and visual activities on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis
- Cooperating with the operations team to ensure the correct implementation of RFID procedures
- Monitoring stock levels in the store and communicating product needs to managers
- Supporting the training and development of colleagues
- Providing a high level of customer service and following agreed action plans

The role may also include other tasks related to the responsibilities outlined above.

Requirements and skills:

- Previous experience in fashion retail
- Strong visual sense and creative thinking
- Ability to work with numbers and analyze data
- Passion for fashion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example, motivate, and develop the team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to identify issues and proactively find solutions
- Very good command of Slovak and English
- Eligibility to work in the Slovak Republic
