Zara is looking for a responsible, communicative and organised person to join our store in Podgorica as an HR Manager.

Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process, from candidate selection to onboarding.
- Providing day-to-day HR support to store managers.
- Monitoring staffing needs and planning schedules and working hours.
- Organising training and supporting employees’ professional development.
- Monitoring employee performance, motivation and satisfaction.
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring they are accurate and confidential.
- Applying internal procedures and current employment regulations.
- Helping create a positive, open and supportive working environment.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good planning and problem-solving skills.
- A responsible, discreet and proactive approach to work.
- Knowledge of English.
