As a Deputy Store Manager, you work alongside the Store Manager to shape what matters most - the customer experience, the team, the product and business results. At Zara, everything moves fast. You work with a large product range across three sections - Womenswear, Menswear and Kidswear - as well as a large team that contributes to the energy of the store every day. You manage the product and its presentation in line with the brand’s DNA and the needs of local customers. Your decisions are driven by data, but your intuition and ability to anticipate the needs of both customers and your team are equally important.

We are looking for someone with experience in team management, ideally within retail or fashion and in a large-format store, who can successfully combine the perspectives of the customer, the team and sales performance in their everyday work. The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, think analytically and make decisions at pace is important to us.

We are looking for a leader who inspires others, takes ownership of their actions and knows how to build authentic relationships with both customers and the team. Fluency and confidence in communicating in both Polish and English will also be essential.
