As Deputy Store Manager, you will lead the team alongside the Store Manager, creating an environment where customers and colleagues feel welcome, supported and inspired. You will help maintain high store standards, ensure products are presented to a high standard and build a stable, engaged team. You will set the tone for customer service-warm, calm and attentive-and help create a working culture based on collaboration, clear communication and attention to detail. You will also use sales and operational results to guide decisions and support the store’s efficiency.

An important part of the role is using modern tools and technology and supporting the team in their day-to-day use. We are looking for a leader who can bring together the customer experience, business objectives and team management in a fast-paced environment. We value an open and thoughtful approach, with clear, calm and effective communication. Listening skills, a willingness to explore new solutions and the flexibility to adapt to different situations and people are important. We also value collaboration and a natural ability to build relationships.

We are looking for someone with experience in team management, ideally in retail or fashion, who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We value strong communication skills, curiosity and an interest in products, materials and customer needs, as well as an eye for aesthetics and a passion for interiors, fashion, art, colour and texture. Confidence using technology and a willingness to keep learning are essential. You should take responsibility for your decisions and be able to work independently. Fluency in Polish and English is also important.
