Zastępca/Zastępczyni Managera Sklepu | Gdańsk

Poland , GDANSK, POMERANIA
Full-time
Massimo Dutti is a brand that creates collections in balance between modernity and timeless classics. It is a space where quality, style, and a cohesive customer experience are the result of attentiveness, teamwork, and care for every detail - from fabrics and cuts to the way we accompany the customer. We focus on refined aesthetics, and every decision, grounded in analysis and sensitivity, gives the product meaning.

In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager, helping to shape what truly matters – the customer experience, the team, the product, and the processes. While driving sales performance, you never lose sight of what’s most important: people. Every day is different. Every decision counts.

You are at the heart of the action – analyzing results, responding in real time, and strengthening what works best, while always thinking ahead. You manage the product and its presentation in line with the brand’s DNA and the needs of the local customer. Your decisions are data-driven, but your intuition is just as important. You support the development of a diverse team by staying close – listening, giving feedback, inspiring, and challenging.

We are looking for someone with experience in team management, ideally in retail or fashion, who can combine the perspectives of the customer, the team, and sales performance in everyday work. A passion for sport and an active lifestyle is important to us, as well as authenticity in building relationships with both customers and the team. We value strong analytical skills, the ability to work with KPIs, and to translate insights into concrete actions. Fluency in Polish and English is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary under a permanent employment contract (PLN 7,800–9,300 gross per month), as well as real development opportunities within Inditex. This is a place where you have the space to act, learn, and grow with your team – at your own pace and in line with your own vision.

This could be the beginning of your journey with us.
