Your role is to collaborate with the Store Manager and help set the direction for what matters most - customer experience, the team, the product, and processes. While ensuring sales targets are met, you never lose sight of what matters most: people. Every day is different. Every decision counts.

You are at the center of events - analyzing results, responding in real time, and strengthening what works best, while also thinking about the future. You manage the product and its presentation in line with the brand’s DNA and the needs of the local customer. Your decisions are data-driven, but your intuition is just as important. You support the development of a diverse team by staying close - listening, giving feedback, inspiring, and challenging.

Management here is more than operations. It also means responsibility for results, customer experience, the store’s image, and the atmosphere within the team. And it shows - in the energy of the place, in the results, and in the relationships we build every day.

We are looking for someone with experience in team management, preferably in retail/fashion, who can combine the perspectives of the customer, the team, and sales performance in their daily work. A passion for fashion and working with people, as well as authenticity in building relationships with customers and the team, are important to us. We value analytical thinking, the ability to work with KPIs, and translating insights into concrete actions. Fluency in Polish and English is also essential.
