1. At least 2 years of experience in spray painting, with equipment maintenance experience.

2. Proficient in automatic painting line operations, capable of independently adjusting spray guns.

3. Basic knowledge and understanding of industrial coatings/paints.

4. High school diploma or above.

5. Detail-oriented with good communication skills; able to adapt to shift work.

6. Basic Mandarin communication skills are preferred.

7. Work areas include the paint mixing room and spray booth; required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

8. Independently perform product appearance setup and adjustment according to customer requirements.

9. Analyze and troubleshoot abnormal or unexpected issues, identify root causes, and demonstrate the ability to implement corrective and improvement actions.
