We are looking for a Program Support Executive in SINGAPORE to provide administrative and operational support to the Sourcing team. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring efficient execution of procurement and supplier management activities. The incumbent will support purchase order administration, supplier communications, inspection coordination, payment tracking, quotation reviews, and supplier performance management activities. Beyond administrative responsibilities, the incumbent is accountable for managing and influencing suppliers to achieve operational targets and meet quarterly KPI commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Supplier communication and coordination

•    Purchase order administration and tracking

•    Inspection and quality documentation follow-up

•    Quotation support and analysis

•    Supplier performance reporting

•    Payment status monitoring

•    Quarterly Business Review (QBR) support

•    Administrative support for sourcing program

Essential Functions

• Coordinate day-to-day communications with assigned supplier groups.
• Follow up on purchase orders and provide order status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Track supplier deliveries and expedite outstanding orders when necessary.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and processing of purchase orders within company systems.
• Coordinate inspection reports and quality documentation with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor invoice and payment status and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Support quotation review activities by gathering, organizing, and comparing supplier quotations.
• Assist the sourcing team in maintaining supplier records, reports, and program documentation.
• Support supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including data collection, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required by management.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to sourcing and supplier management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline (Bachelor's preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing support, supply chain, or a related administrative function
• Experience supporting supplier management programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP or procurement systems; understanding of purchasing and supplier management processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions effectively
