As an Assistant General Manager at JLL, you will leverage your commercial property management administrative experience to support our retail and office property management team through tenant relations, financial reporting assistance, accounts receivable reconciliation, preparation of weekly invoice batch reports for ownership, and invoice submission through Yardi. You will collaborate with the General Manager in developing annual budgets, reforecasts, and reconciliations, while coordinating with vendors to ensure service contract compliance and performance standards. Your role in supporting tenants, vendors, and clients will be integral to our collective success. This presents an excellent opportunity to advance your career in commercial property management for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate the administrative needs of both the team and our tenants. Additionally, you will participate in the numerous construction projects currently in progress and those scheduled for implementation-these are exceptional opportunities at Broward Financial Centre and Boca Village Corporate Center, and we hope you will become part of our distinguished team.

Relationship building excellence

Maintaining exceptional tenant satisfaction and ensuring precise client communication constitute our foremost priorities. You will function as the principal liaison between tenants and building personnel to guarantee that our properties remain immaculate, operationally sound, and inviting. Your meticulous attention to the PRISM Work Order System will prove fundamental to your professional success. Your capacity to exhibit accountability, foster collaboration, and demonstrate enthusiasm for implementing innovative solutions within a collaborative team framework will serve as a valuable asset. Your achievements will be substantially enhanced by your ability to thrive in dynamic environments and embrace continuous professional development opportunities while maintaining the agility to adapt to evolving priorities without compromising essential deadlines.

Achievement-oriented mindset

We expect decisive action, strategic thinking, and effective time management to meet deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Most importantly, you will contribute meaningfully to our diverse, supportive, and accomplished team.
