Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join our E2E Supply Chain team, with a commitment period of 12 months.

The Protégé - E2E Supply Chain provides a structured learning experience, supporting both the Malaysia and Brunei markets. The protégé is also responsible for the following areas:

1. Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including:

  • Demand review: Input customer demand forecast in planning tools.
  • Supply review: collect importation supporting documents and coordinate with custom broker for clearance and product delivery.

2. Connect with distributor to fulfill patient needs i.e. stock conversion for tender, sample, and other purpose upon management approval.

3. Manage controlled substance record.

4. Manage key performance indicators (KPI) for E2E supply chain including cost, service, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or any related major.
  • Keen on learning new things and shaping new processes.
  • Constant drive for improvement and innovation.
  • Positive can-do mindset when dealing with challenges.
  • Strong self-awareness & open for giving / receiving feedback.
