 What will you do?

You will partner with the Digital Lead Manager to develop and manage the RRP web platforms in the USA.

Reduced-risk products (RRPs) are products with the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking, e.g. modern oral, e-vapor, heated tobacco sticks.

You will be responsible for building the owned web platform from scratch and overseeing end-to-end website operations to drive consumer acquisition and retention. This includes defining and executing SEO, paid media, and e-CRM strategies to increase traffic, awareness, conversion, and loyalty.

You will also execute digital campaigns and work with third-party e-commerce platforms to drive business results.

In addition, you will partner with IT, external agencies, and HQ stakeholders to support platform development and provide regular business updates.

  • Drive the execution of the RRP digital strategy in the US, including ownership of the brand website platform to deliver best-in-class digital consumer experiences and support category growth.

  • Manage and grow third-party e-commerce partnerships by executing listings, campaigns, and promotions, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness
  • Oversee the digital brand budget, ensuring maximum ROI across initiatives and managing budget phasing throughout the year in close collaboration with Finance
