Help shape how employees connect, collaborate and work through technology. We’re looking for a Digital Workplace Lead to improve today’s workplace experience while preparing employees for the tools, skills and capabilities they will need in the future.

Based in our Dublin office on a hybrid working schedule, you will lead Digital Workplace delivery across the region and support a key location for regional leadership and Regional HQ events. Combining strong Microsoft 365 and End User Computing expertise with a passion for collaboration, AI and continuous improvement, you will work with local, regional and global teams to create simple, secure and effective digital experiences for employees.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Digital Workplace Delivery – Lead regional Digital Workplace initiatives, manage priorities and create secure, effective technology experiences that support employees and business needs.
• Technology Adoption – Develop digital capability and guide employees through technology change, helping them use workplace tools confidently and effectively.
• End-User Services – Drive continuous improvement across end-user devices and hardware services through service reviews, performance monitoring, issue resolution and escalation management.
• Collaboration and Productivity – Improve the employee experience of Microsoft Teams, meeting-room technology, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot to support productivity, communication and hybrid working.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Partnerships – Build strong relationships with regional leaders, People & Organisation, Corporate Communications, technology teams, vendors and partners to deliver joined-up solutions and continuously improve service delivery.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Experience leading Digital Workplace or End User Computing initiatives within a complex, regional or global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience managing end-user devices, device-management services and workplace technology support.
• Experience delivering collaboration technology and meeting-room solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology adoption and guiding employees through change.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex service issues and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
