Salary: From $32.42 Hourly

As a Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical focus, you’ll help bring our baked goods to customers by ensuring our bakery equipment is operating efficiently. This position is located at our Muncy, PA plant and will be an overnight shift, 7p-7a with every other weekend off. This great opportunity provides maximum pay up to $38.81 an hour and excellent benefits at a cost of less than $31 a week for a PPO family plan. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Performing Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance – Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems, motor controls, sensors, control panels, PLC-connected equipment, and industrial ovens, along with supporting mechanical components throughout the bakery. Electrical expertise is critical to keeping production running reliably.
  • Ensuring Performance Efficiency  Manage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and changeovers. You’ll facilitate production and quickly respond to equipment breakdowns. We’re looking for someone who brings dedication to the table!
  • Following Best Practices  Understand, follow, and enforce all established guidelines. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance with all safety, health, quality and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices. You’ll help us keep delivering success, one cookie at a time.

 

We're Looking For Someone With 

 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience problem solving electrical issues.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift-up to 50 lbs. and complete repetitive tasks throughout the day.
