Order Management Analyst - Temporary

Are you detail‑oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as an Order Management Analyst, where you’ll oversee the end‑to‑end process of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, on‑time deliveries, and seamless collaboration across departments. This is a 6-month temporary role located in Querétaro, México.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Manage Purchase Orders: Process and validate ~68,000 orders annually, ensuring inventory availability and system accuracy.
  • Deliveries & Logistics: Coordinate ~68,000 deliveries per year across 980 delivery points and 120 national routes.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Achieve 98% service level and 99% on‑time delivery with zero incorrect cancellations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Credit & Collections, Transportation, Operations, and Demand Planning to guarantee smooth invoicing and distribution.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and report service KPIs, cancellations, and customer rejections to drive continuous improvement.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; SAP knowledge desirable.
  • Basic understanding of transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
  • Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
