Job Title: Procurement Analyst I, Global Procurement Solutions Location: Global Capability Center, Ahmedabad, India Department: Global Procurement Solutions 
Role Overview We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations from our Global Capability Center in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of raw materials across global operations while aligning with global, regional, and local procurement strategies. The position combines operational execution with strategic support, including supplier management, contract administration, analytics, and cost optimization initiatives. 
Key Responsibilities 
Supply & Operations Management  Ensure uninterrupted supply of required raw materials across global operations  Manage supplier invoices and resolve payment issues in line with agreed terms  Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and internal material team also manage rejections and OTIF performance  Oversee purchasing operations in compliance with policies and procedures 
Supplier & Contract Management  Create, manage, and review contracts using procurement tools (e.g., Ariba)  Support supplier onboarding and development initiatives  Drive supplier relationship management (SRM) programs  Manage supply risk across global manufacturing sites 
Strategy & Performance  Work Closely with Category Buyers for driving efficiency and priorities for category  Ensure for Audit compliance and atomization of processes   Support cost reduction initiatives and margin improvement targets  Conduct spend analysis and procurement analytics  Track commodity markets and provide market intelligence insights  Process Improvement and sustainable solutions. 
Governance & Continuous Improvement  Define and manage KPIs, operating reviews, and escalation processes  Coordinate end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, swiftly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions   Conduct bi-weekly reporting on compliance and KPIs  Drive change management, adoption, and supplier experience improvements  Apply analytical and continuous improvement methodologies 
Financial & Business Support  Support initiatives related to DPO, margin, and profitability  Contribute to global supplier enablement programs 
Required Skills & Experience  Strong understanding of procurement operations and supply chain processes  Experience with procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar tools  Ability to manage supplier relationships and contracts effectively  Strong analytical mindset with experience in spend analysis and reporting  Effective communication skills and ability to align with global stakeholders and key cross functional partners (Factories, Materials Management Team, Quality etc.) 
Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required  MBA in Business, Operations, or Finance preferred  Preferred to have 2-5 years of Procurement/Sourcing Experience/Commodity (Oils)  
Preferred Certifications  ISM  APICS  CSCMP Preferred Domain Knowledge Exposure to agricultural commodities and food ingredients (Oils)
