About JobWe are looking for a Capex Project Engineer to strengthen our Kraft Heinz family. The Capex Project Engineer position is within our Operations department. The location of the position is Susurluk/Balıkesir.About the Role:In this position, the project team manages project processes in collaboration with other teams at Heinz facilities.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and approval of project scheduleParticipation in tender process, analysis and comparison of supplier's quotations, ensure compliance to specificationSupervising during implementation; ensure safe working conditionsControl contractors ensure contracts fulfilmentCoordination of different contractors and factory functions or departmentsParticipation in commissioning of equipment and servicesLeading of handover to end usersChange control during implementationReporting of the Capex spending and planningBudget control, spend forecastingParticipate in project feasibility analysis, including all aspects of the project, in line with company processResponsible for timely and accurate submission of cost estimates, project plans, Capital Approval Request forms etc, as required by KHC processes and routines.To lead the team from all x-functions from scratch to completion of the project. The job responsibility includes also communicating with different stakeholders like suppliers, consultancy companiesDefining the project scope and resources in agreement with multifunctional team on factory levelParticipation in contractor choosing processSupervising during implementation (contractors management) and commissioningOverall responsibility for delivering projects 'on time in full' (OTIF)Accountable of the benefits of the project like cost reductionSupporting the CMA, P&L buy new projectSupporting all plant KPIs with projects​Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Food Engineering Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum one year of project management experience.Residing around BalıkesirAutoCAD knowledgeCommunication skillsExcellent planning and organizing skillHave a good level of EnglishNumerical with sound budgeting skills and experience of project budget management and controlProne to teamworkWhat We Offer You
