Associate Director, Global Innovation Technology
Are you ready to lead the next chapter of how Kraft Heinz innovates? As Director, Global Innovation Technology, you will own and scale the company's end-to-end Innovation Management Platform, helping teams move from strategy and ideas to projects, governance, analytics and in-market learning in a more connected, data-driven way.
Sitting in the Global Growth Office, this role is the Kraft Heinz end to end innovation ecosystem platform owner and leads the team responsible for its development, continuous improvement, roll-out and adoption across regions and functions. The Associate Director sets the platform vision, priorities and governance, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the ecosystem delivers measurable business value.
The role requires a leader who can operate across business strategy, product ownership, technology delivery, organizational change management and people leadership, while simplifying complexity and influencing senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Act as Kraft Heinz platform owner for the end to end innovation ecosystem, setting the vision, strategy, roadmap and governance for the end-to-end Innovation Management Platform
  • Lead and develop the Global Innovation Technology team across future development, analytics, communications, education, regional adoption and innovation excellence
  • Drive roll-out, adoption and organizational change management across regions, business units and functions
  • Own continuous improvement, including intake, prioritization and delivery of feature requests, user feedback, roadmap needs and business requirements
  • Partner with External and internal technology teams to translate business needs into requirements, validate releases and manage dependencies
  • Build the operating model for platform support, training, communications, data integrity, release readiness, adoption tracking and performance reporting
  • Champion consumer-centric and stage-gate disciplined innovation ways of working through the platform, process and learning agenda
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, IT, Insights, regions and external partners to align priorities and unlock adoption
  • Measure and communicate impact through adoption, engagement, usage, data quality, project quality, user satisfaction, portfolio visibility and business value metrics

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years' experience in innovation, marketing, transformation, product ownership, digital platforms, program management or related business leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end innovation management, ideally within CPG or a complex global matrix organization
  • Experience owning or leading a major digital platform, capability build or business transformation from strategy through implementation and adoption
  • Demonstrated organizational change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption measurement
  • Experience leading teams, creating clarity and momentum in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Strong product ownership mindset, with the ability to prioritise needs, define requirements and balance user experience, business value, technical effort and data impact
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, IT, Insights, regions and external partners
  • Comfortable using data, analytics and performance metrics to inform decisions, track adoption and demonstrate impact
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, build compelling narratives and lead through change
