As a global company with strong values and a clear vision, we are looking for people who want to take responsibility and make a difference - every day!  We have an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner with a strong Sales Finance background to make a real impact in our Nordics organisation. As part of the Nordics Leadership team, you will help translate financial insights into sales and business decisions that support sustainable growth across a complex, multi-market region, while leading and developing a team of 3 employees.
Your responsibilities 
  • Sales finance partnering: Support Sales and Commercial teams as a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing clear analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Planning and performance: Support planning, forecasting, AOP, target setting, and performance tracking across markets and customers.
  • Commercial support: Evaluate growth opportunities, customer and channel performance, pricing, promotions, trade spend, and revenue initiatives.
  • Financial analysis: Analyse P&L performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers to support fact-based decisions.
  • Regional focus: Bring structure, financial discipline, and business understanding to a complex five-market Nordics region.
  • People leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 employees.
  • Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a high-performing Finance community.

Your Qualifications 
  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in sales finance, commercial finance, finance business partnering, FP&A, controlling, or a similar finance role, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced international environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Good understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and commercial drivers
  • Curious, proactive, and business-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial systems, BI tools, or data visualisation tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic language skills are an advantage
