The
Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Traineeship is a functional program at our factories for graduates seeking an exciting leadership career in the Manufacturing Environment.

Commencing September 2027, you will be placed in one of our 2 sites in the UK:
You will be on an initial 12-month traineeship as part of a Global cohort. You will broaden your overall knowledge of how a multinational food company operates, with the 12-month program including:
- Intensive, hands-on onboarding focused on our Operations and Supply Chain functions, complemented by a Commercial boot-camp focused on Marketing, Sales and Category.
- Training in Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Excellence Program, a range of other foundational business trainings and Lean Six Sigma Course.
- You will spend the first half of the year completing a factory-based efficiency/productivity improvement business project where you will apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to obtain your Yellow Belt Certification.
- The second half will consist of job shadowing a factory Team Leader/Continuous Improvement Lead assignment, where you will develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes while also strengthening your leadership skills.
Following graduation, you will transition into your first role to set you on an Operations Management or Technical Expertise path at one of our factories.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor or master's degree completed in 2026 or 2027 - Engineering, Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Supply Chain are advantageous, however this program is open to graduates from any discipline
- Full working rights in the UK
- Willingness to move across functional areas at the stie
- Strong extra-curricular achievements that reflect a proactive attitude and ownership
- Passionate about being challenged daily and ready to constantly learn, develop and grow
- Have a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in English and in the language of the country you are applying to
