Manager, Global Innovation ...

You will support Global Growth PODs in delivering key innovations (50MM+ NSV at scale) for the company and bring supplier capabilities to solve business challenges for the BUs/Regions and global growth team.

Key Ingredients:

• Act as Procurement Innovation lead in Global Growth PODs (big bets)

• Translate business innovation needs into sourcing plans and procurement-led solutions

• Supplier selection - in collaboration with zone and global procurement and cross functional team

• Drive delivery of innovation initiatives within PODs

• Design and execute supplier-enabled innovation events (innovation days / challenges)

• Identify and mobilize suppliers to solve defined business challenges

• Convert supplier ideas into actionable initiatives and projects

• Build and manage an innovation pipeline from external partners

• Design & maintain Supplier Innovation library with Hive team

• Connect with R&D to identify technology needs

• Ensure alignment between Procurement, R&D, Commercial, and Operations

• Ensure alignment and follow-up across stakeholders

• Support senior team members in driving decision-making

• Managing conflicting priorities across regions

• I have 5-8 years in Procurement, R&D, Innovation, or Supply Chain

• I have experience with project delivery and cross-functional collaboration

• I have exposure to supplier management and innovation commercialization projects

• I have a strong project execution mindset

• I am structured and data-driven

• I have strong stakeholder management capabilities

• I have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, across time zones
