Job Description

About the position.  

We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Transportation Inbound Sn Analyst. The role will report into the GCC Sr. Transportation Manager (Global Capability Center). This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver.

In brief, you will be responsible for:  

• All Transportation execution processes. 

• Daily monitoring of queries via TMS, ensuring orders are planned & shipped on time  

• Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carriers and plant contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives  

• Monitor data flows between ERP system, SAP and TMS systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution  

• Identify Gaps in transportation capacity and initiate accurate measures with Transportation Capacity Planning team.  

• Daily interaction with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners to resolve service and capacity issues with critical issues to management as needed.  

• Identify opportunities across Transportation network & activities to enable service & cost improvement  

• Track and trace of the on-transit shipments. Ensure that all hot loads are collected or delivered on time. 

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, diagnose issues, and determine root causes; translate findings into actionable recommendations. 

• Prepare and deliver clear results presentations for stakeholders, including insights, risks, and proposed next steps. 

• Lead or support project development from requirements through implementation, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met. 

• Coach and support the team by providing guidance on approach, problem-solving, and execution; promote collaboration and continuous improvement. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business or related field  

• 3+ Years Transportation & Logistics experience  

• Strong knowledge of Transportation and Logistics operations  

• Proficiency in Transportation software & tools (TMS, OTM, SAP ORTEC & 4Kites)  

• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools. 

• Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
