About JobWe are looking for a Supply Chain Development Executive to strengthen our Kraft Heinz family. The SCD Executive role lies within the Eurasia / WEEM Supply Chain and the Turkiye team. This position can be based in either Susurluk factory or Istanbul Headquarter.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end
• By submitting innovation projects, making a significant contribution to the "Portfolio Value" KPI and Kraft Heinz's overall NSV and EBIT
• To exchange ideas, gain support, and ensure alignment on project priorities and objectives, the SCD Executive should develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, business units, and senior management
• Become a leading voice in supply chain development matters in Türkiye and ensure all your projects are realized from the perspective of efficient supply chain management
• Identify opportunities to involve other supply chain professionals specializing in areas such as demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering, to provide additional support and expertise when needed
• Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support for implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree
• 6/7 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management
• Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level
• Good business acumen
• Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
