The Role

Buscamos un/a Power Platform & AI Consultant con experiencia en la gestión, gobierno y evolución de Microsoft Power Platform en entornos empresariales.

El rol estará enfocado en la administración de la plataforma, gestión de incidencias, gobierno, adopción de IA y detección de oportunidades de mejora para el cliente.


Who You Are

Requisitos principales

  • Gobierno Power Platform: experiencia en gestión de entornos, políticas DLP, conectores, permisos, seguridad, control de activos y buenas prácticas de administración de la plataforma.
  • Center of Excellence (CoE y PPAC): conocimiento o experiencia en CoE Starter Kit y administración en PPAC, monitorización de uso, reporting de adopción, revisión de riesgos y definición de procesos de gobierno.
  • Gestión de incidencias: experiencia en seguimiento de incidencias, peticiones y cambios relacionados con aplicaciones, flujos, conectores, permisos o integraciones.
  • Herramientas ITSM: familiaridad con ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Azure DevOps, Remedy o herramientas similares de ticketing y soporte.
  • Inteligencia Artificial y Copilot: conocimiento de Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Builder y casos de uso de IA generativa aplicados a procesos de negocio.
  • Mejora continua: capacidad para identificar ineficiencias, analizar incidencias recurrentes y proponer oportunidades de automatización, IA o mejora operativa para el cliente.
  • Relación con cliente: experiencia en interlocución con usuarios, negocio, IT y equipos técnicos, participando en reuniones de seguimiento, toma de requerimientos y presentación de recomendaciones.
  • Conocimiento técnico Power Platform: Desarrollos de Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, conectores y conceptos básicos de ALM.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y supervisar el uso de Microsoft Power Platform en entornos empresariales.
  • Participar en la evolución del modelo de gobierno, CoE, políticas DLP, conectores, permisos y buenas prácticas.
  • Dar seguimiento a incidencias, peticiones y cambios mediante herramientas ITSM como ServiceNow o similares.
  • Analizar el uso de la plataforma, detectar riesgos, activos huérfanos, desviaciones o necesidades de optimización.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante automatización, Copilot, IA generativa y optimización de procesos.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto con cliente, negocio, IT, seguridad y equipos técnicos.
  • Preparar documentación, reportes de seguimiento, recomendaciones y propuestas de evolución.

Nice to have

  • Desarrollo Power Platform: experiencia en creación o mantenimiento de Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI o conectores personalizados.

  • IA avanzada: conocimiento de Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, arquitecturas RAG, integración de copilots con SharePoint, Dataverse, bases de conocimiento o sistemas ITSM.
  • Gobierno avanzado: experiencia en implantación completa del CoE Starter Kit, auditoría de aplicaciones y flujos, gestión de capacidad, limpieza de activos huérfanos y modelos multi-entorno.
  • Integraciones: conocimiento de APIs REST, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph, Power Pages o integración con ServiceNow.
  • Certificaciones valoradas: PL900; PL100; PL200; PL300; PL400; PL600; AI900; AB900; AB730; AB100; AB730
