About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that may span multiple business areas, products, regions, and functions. You will partner with business and technology leaders to define strategy, governance, delivery plans, and success measures while ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, influences decisions without direct authority, and leverages modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve delivery quality, transparency, and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead major programs that may span multiple business areas, products, regions, or functions.
  • Define program strategy, objectives, roadmap, operating model, governance, decision rights, and integrated delivery plans.
  • Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts while driving mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Partner with sponsors and business owners to define value, success measures, adoption plans, and benefits realization.
  • Align senior stakeholders on priorities, scope, sequencing, resources, and expected outcomes.
  • Provide concise, decision-oriented communications to executives, delivery teams, and key partners.
  • Mentor project managers and delivery professionals by sharing tools, practices, and program leadership expertise.
  • Use approved AI and automation tools to improve planning, research, reporting, risk identification, knowledge synthesis, and delivery execution while maintaining accountability for information quality and integrity.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to create program strategy, integrated plans, governance structures, and executive decision frameworks in ambiguous environments.
  • Proven success influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating priorities and resources, resolving cross-functional conflict, and leading without direct authority.
  • Strong experience managing program risks, dependencies, investments, delivery performance, change impacts, and outcome measurement.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear decisions and actions.
  • Experience using data and modern project, collaboration, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve program delivery and decision support.
  • Working knowledge of responsible AI practices, including output validation, human oversight, data protection, transparency, and appropriate escalation.
  • Experience in a complex, global, cross-functional, or regulated environment such as financial services, data, privacy, risk, or compliance.
  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, change management, portfolio management, or advanced agile certification.
