About our Team:

The Corporate Finance Decision Support team develops and supports the analytic technologies to provide our internal customers structured access to data that is timely, accurate, and actionable. We collaborate in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative solutions, and demonstrating meticulousness.

About the Role:

A Senior Financial Analyst is a decision support role focused on the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) market within the Business Services organization. This role will be responsible for performing financial analysis, financial modeling, business insight development, and process improvement. A core function is developing monthly forecasts and annual budgets. This position requires working through complex issues and developing creative solutions.

This position will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities:
• Independently gathers, interprets and analyzes information, makes assessments, and completes 
reconciliations
• Learns the Financial Crime Compliance market and the value propositions of its products and business
• Gains a deep understanding of our financial systems & processes
• Analyses large sets of data and extracts valuable insights to share with finance team and 
business partners

• Leveraging AI to analyze large data sets to gain quicker insights
• Supports month-end close activities, prepares and analyzes schedules & reports and 
understands their impact on the overall financials
• Identifies problem areas when looking at information seeing patterns, trends, or missing pieces,
and identifies the similarities. Questions inconsistency in financial data elements. Makes
recommendation to resolve
• Identifies improvements and enhancements, documents & recommends appropriate course of 
action, and assists with implementing new processes
• Supports and provides guidance to other functional areas, helps with questions, and assists
them with solutions
• Provides guidance to other analysts in the department
• Ad hoc analysis as needed

• Performing all other duties as assigned
 

Requirements
• 3+ Prior experience of substantial diverse financial analysis and accounting
• BA/BS, Accounting/Finance
• Advanced computer skills including Excel, Essbase, Hyperion
• Understanding of financial system structures and data flows
• Attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify problem areas 
when reviewing data/information and question inconsistencies to determine proper resolution
• Advanced organizational skills, and proven time management skills

• Proficient communication and presentation skills
• Analytical Thinking, inclusive of problem assessment and recommendation
• Planning and Organizational Awareness
• Conceptual Thinking /Decision Making (Problem Solving)
• Ability to complete financial analysis with minimal direction

• Basic to Intermediate AI Finance understanding preferred

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
