- Analyze forecasts: Review and interpret demand forecasts to anticipate trim requirements, ensuring sourcing strategies align with projected needs.
- Evaluate WIP reports: Monitor work-in-progress reports for trim types, identifying bottlenecks or risks and providing actionable insights to keep production on track.
- Compare RMV and FGV locations: Use data analysis to assess supplier performance and material flow between RMV and FGV locations, supporting efficient allocation and sourcing decisions.
- Support sourcing strategy: Translate analytical findings into recommendations that optimize supplier selection, cost efficiency, and lead times.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Share data-driven insights with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure alignment and proactive decision-making.
- Track supplier performance: Maintain ongoing analysis of supplier metrics, using quantitative data to strengthen partnerships and improve accountability.
Educational background: Degree in Textile Sciences, Fashion Design, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field preferred. Candidates without a degree will be considered if industry experience demonstrates strong analytical and technical skills.
Industry experience: 2-3 years of experience in trim, data analysis, sourcing, supply chain, or related fields, with exposure to vendor management and performance evaluation.
Analytical proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with demonstrated ability to analyze forecasts, WIP reports, and vendor performance data to support sourcing strategy and decision-making
