Join our Błonie site at an exciting time of growth and transformation! We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead our Engineering & Maintenance team and play a key role in shaping the future of our Petcare factory. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will help drive performance, support upcoming capital investments, and build a strong, high-performing technical organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high reliability and performance of site assets through effective maintenance strategies (preventive, planned, and corrective)

  • Lead the execution of small and large capital projects in collaboration with local and regional engineering teams

  • Provide technical leadership across the plant, including leading key Engineering Operating System processes (e.g., Asset Health Check)

  • Build, lead, and support a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of High Performance Collaboration (HPC)

  • Contribute to site strategy and overall performance as a member of the Site Leadership Team

  • Own and implement the Maintenance Masterplan (including energy), aligned with regional and global standards

  • Support the implementation of Mars Supply Excellence (MSE), with focus on Progressive and Autonomous Maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with environmental, legal, and corporate standards while supporting sustainability commitments

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering or Food Technology (Master's preferred)

  • Experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in highly automated production environments will be considered a strong advantage

  • Strong people leadership skills with experience supporting and developing teams

  • Experience in project management and capital investment delivery

  • Solid understanding of maintenance systems and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Knowledge of broader supply chain functions (e.g., Quality, HSE, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
