Cyber Insurance Broker

Sweden , Stockholm

As a Cyber Insurance Broker based in Stockholm, you will be part of a specialized cyber team working with Nordic clients. You will take clear ownership for advising clients and placing cyber insurance, while collaborating closely with experienced colleagues in the team. The role suits someone with a few years' experience in broking or insurance who wants to deepen expertise in cyber risk and client advisory, and who enjoys combining analytical work with strong client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business, risk profile and insurance needs.
  • Advise clients on cyber insurance solutions and how these complement their overall risk management.
  • Lead or actively contribute to negotiations of policy terms and pricing on behalf of clients.
  • Act as a key point of contact during cyber incidents (for example data breaches or ransomware attacks), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on cyber threats, trends, regulations and new insurance solutions.
  • Contribute to business intelligence and market research to identify new clients and growth opportunities.

What You Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, engineering or a related field; a master's degree is a plus but not required.
  • Native‑level fluency in Swedish and strong command of English, as client communication and policy work are conducted in both languages.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders, including presenting to larger client groups.
  • Proven experience in insurance or broking (for example cyber, financial lines, liability, property or similar) or related risk/financial services roles, with a track record of taking ownership for client matters.
  • High motivation to continue learning and developing within cyber risk and insurance.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally on short business trips, mainly within the Nordics and to London.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • You appreciate structure and can stay calm and organized, even when the workload is uneven or when a client incident requires immediate attention.
  • You are comfortable working independently and proactively seeking out the information and expertise needed to solve problems.
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, software or cybersecurity and are curious about how cyber risks affect businesses.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from large Swedish listed companies and financial institutions to highly specialized tech businesses.
  • A chance to build expertise in one of the fastest‑growing and most dynamic areas of the insurance market.
  • The opportunity to be part of a successful organization and help shape the future of the insurance and benefits market.
  • The benefits and career opportunities that come with being part of a large, global organization.
  • A collaborative culture where colleagues support each other, share knowledge and enjoy working together.
