Skills and Competencies

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required for effective communication with clients across the United States, Canada, and Latin America
• Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers and clients
• Analytical skills desired for interpreting sales data and providing actionable insights to the team
• Adaptability and flexibility preferred to handle diverse client needs and changing market conditions
• Experience in the financial services industry in a business development, sales, or client relationship role is desirable
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, International Relations, or International Commerce

• Candidates ideally graduation in 2028

Responsibilities

Serves as a service-focused individual contributor providing office-based sales support to Relationship Management and Business Development teams, helping maintain client relationships and grow revenue across assigned territories and lines of business.The intern will be responsible for supporting the team through tasks such as:

• Provide crucial sales support to Relationship Managers to ensure an excellent level of customer-centric service is delivered
• Responsible for the maintenance, accuracy, and completeness of data entered in Salesforce or other internal databases, including customer details, meetings, opportunities, pricing, and fees
• Draft side letters, support the opportunities and rating applications process, help draft Pricing and Method exceptions, and provide support on bespoke product request approvals
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders including Legal, Billing and Collections, Sales Operations, and Compliance to address management and customer needs such as resolving invoice issues
• Source and collate information in preparation for customer meetings, which may include credit research as advised by the Relationship Manager
• Generate documentation such as fee brochures and pricing letters to support pricing approvals and exceptions as they relate to the annual fee negotiation process

About the Team

Our Relationship Management and Business Development team is a service-focused group dedicated to supporting and growing client relationships across assigned territories, regions, and lines of business. As a Sales Support Intern, you will work alongside experienced Relationship Managers to help maintain strong client partnerships and drive revenue growth, exercising independent judgment under limited direct supervision. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world exposure to the financial services industry while contributing to a high-performing, client-centric team at one of the world's leading global risk assessment firms.
